StarGentic LLC ("StarGentic," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website at www.stargentic.us. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit this site or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Our business is building sovereign AI agents that run inside our clients' own infrastructure. Client operational data processed by those agents never passes through StarGentic systems and is governed by the individual agreement with that client — not by this policy. This policy covers only information collected through this public website.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit the contact form or request a Discovery Session, we collect the information you enter: your name, job title, organization, industry, a description of the process or challenge you want to discuss, your email address, and optionally your phone number.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server logs including IP address, browser type, referring page, and timestamps. If you consent to analytics cookies, we also receive aggregated usage data such as pages viewed and time on site.

What we do not collect. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, payment card data, government identifiers, or health information through this website. Please do not include confidential, proprietary, or regulated data in the contact form — use a Discovery Session under an appropriate agreement instead.

How we use information

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, schedule and prepare for a Discovery Session, and follow up about the specific request you made.

We use automatically collected information to keep the site secure, diagnose technical problems, prevent abuse, and understand which content is useful so we can improve it.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not add you to marketing lists based on a contact form submission, and we do not use your information to train AI models.

Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies are always active. These support core functions such as administrator sign-in sessions and the CAPTCHA that protects our contact form from automated abuse. They cannot be disabled without breaking the site.

Analytics cookies are off by default. When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept them. Nothing is set until you choose. If you accept, we use Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager to measure aggregate site usage. If you decline, no analytics cookies are stored on your device.

You can change your decision at any time using the Cookie Preferences link in the site footer. You can also clear cookies or block them through your browser settings.

Data retention

Contact form submissions are retained for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain a record of our business correspondence, then deleted on a periodic review cycle.

Server logs are retained on a short rolling window by our hosting provider.

Analytics data is retained according to the retention period configured in Google Analytics.

You may request deletion of your information at any time using the contact details below.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, request that we correct inaccurate information, request deletion of your information, object to or restrict certain processing, or receive a copy of your information in a portable format.

California residents. Under the CCPA and CPRA you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request deletion, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. StarGentic does not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

Visitors in the EEA and UK. Under the GDPR we process contact form information on the basis of legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry and, where applicable, taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract. Analytics cookies are processed on the basis of your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

How we protect information

This site is served exclusively over encrypted HTTPS connections. Information you submit is encrypted in transit and at rest with our storage provider. Administrative access to submitted information is restricted to a small allowlist of named StarGentic personnel and protected by one-time sign-in links rather than shared passwords.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. While we work to protect your information using commercially reasonable safeguards, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's privacy

This website serves business audiences and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

This site may link to third-party websites we do not control. This policy does not apply to those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any site you visit from a link here.

Changes to this policy
