Operate · Step 3

We keep what works running.

For deployments that prove out, Managed Operations keeps them healthy as your tools, content, and the rules around them change — with a named point of contact, not a ticket queue.

Why It Matters

A deployed agent is the start, not the finish.

An agent that worked on launch day drifts: models improve, your documents change, staff turn over, and the regulations around AI keep moving. Left alone, a once-useful agent quietly becomes a liability.

Managed Operations is the ongoing discipline that keeps a sovereign deployment accurate, governed, and trusted — so the hours it returns stay returned.

What's Covered

Four things we own so you don't have to.

1

Monitoring & Updates

Is it still healthy?

Continuous monitoring of agent performance, plus model and content updates as your documents and the underlying open-weight models evolve.

Drift caught and corrected before it reaches your users.

2

Audit-Log Review Support

Can you prove what it did?

Support reviewing the agent's audit logs — what it touched, what it decided, what it escalated — so you can answer a board or an auditor with confidence.

The records regulated work depends on, kept review-ready.

3

Quarterly Policy Refresh

Are you still compliant with your own rules?

A quarterly refresh of your AI acceptable-use policy and documentation as your tools, processes, and the regulatory landscape shift.

Your governance stays current without a fire drill.

4

A Named Contact

Who actually picks up?

A named point of contact who knows your deployment — not a rotating queue. Priority response when something needs attention.

Continuity, not a new stranger every time you call.

Investment

A monthly retainer, quoted at the pilot stage.

Managed Operations is priced once a live deployment's scope is clear — usually at the end of a successful pilot. It scales with the number of agents and the depth of review your environment requires.

Monthly retainerScoped and quoted at the pilot stage.
Readiness Assessment$9,500–$14,500
30-Day Sovereign Pilot$18,000–$32,000

The system stays yours, even if we stop.

Managed Operations is a service, not a leash. The agent runs on your hardware, the logs and configuration are yours, and you can take over or hand off operations at any time. We earn the retainer every quarter or we don't keep it.

Plain Answers

Questions about the retainer

Do we have to use Managed Operations?
No. Some organizations run their deployments in-house after a pilot, using the architecture and documentation we hand over. Managed Operations is for teams that would rather we own the upkeep so their people don't have to.
What if we want to bring it in-house later?
That's a supported outcome. The system runs on your hardware and the configuration and logs are yours. We'll document the handover so your team can take over cleanly whenever you choose.
Does the quarterly policy refresh make us compliant?
It keeps your AI acceptable-use policy and documentation current and aligned to the frameworks that apply to you. We are not compliance counsel and never claim a deployment makes you compliant — case-specific questions go to your counsel and our Compliance and Security Advisor.
Can you manage agents you didn't build?
Sometimes — it depends on how the existing deployment is architected and logged. We'll review what you have and tell you honestly whether we can operate it safely or whether it needs work first.
