StarGentic Academy

Technology only returns time if your people use it.

The Academy trains all three levels of your organization — leadership, managers, and frontline staff — to work alongside AI honestly, with skepticism treated as rational, not managed away.

Why It Exists

The most common reason AI stalls isn't the model. It's the people.

Deployments fail when staff don't trust the tool, don't know how to direct it, or quietly route around it. None of that is irrational — it's what happens when technology arrives without the training to use it well.

The Academy meets that head-on. We teach each level of your organization the part they actually play in operating AI, and we treat the hard questions about jobs and judgment as worth answering, not managing away.

Who We Train

Three levels, three different conversations.

1

Leadership

Set the policy and the tone

What sovereign AI can and can't do, how to set policy and risk appetite, and how to talk to staff about it without overpromising.

Leaders who can answer 'what does this mean for us' honestly.

3

Frontline Staff

Work alongside it

Hands-on practice working with the agent, plus honest answers to the questions people actually have about their jobs and their judgment.

Adoption that sticks because the fear was addressed, not ignored.

What It Looks Like

Built into the rollout, not bolted on after.

Role-Based Sessions

Each level gets training pitched to what they actually do — no generic 'AI 101' that wastes everyone's time.

Tied to Your Deployment

Where there's a live agent, training uses it: real workflows, your documents, the actual review playbook your team will use.

Standalone or Bundled

Available on its own for organizations exploring AI, or scheduled into any deployment so people are ready before anything ships.

Skepticism about AI is rational. We train people, we don't manage it away.

The fastest way to kill adoption is to treat reasonable concern as resistance. The Academy gives staff honest answers and real practice, so trust is earned through competence — not demanded through enthusiasm.

Plain Answers

Questions about the Academy

Can we use the Academy without deploying an agent?
Yes. Many organizations start here while they're still deciding whether and where to use AI. The training stands on its own, and it makes any later deployment go far more smoothly.
How does it connect to the Readiness Assessment?
The assessment includes a Training Plan — a role-by-role map of who needs which level of training, on a schedule tied to the rollout. The Academy is how that plan gets delivered.
Will training calm fears about layoffs?
We won't pretend the question doesn't exist. Training gives staff honest information about what the agent does and doesn't do, and equips managers and leaders to have that conversation directly. What you do with returned hours is a leadership decision; we help you talk about it straight.
Who delivers it?
StarGentic, drawing on the same people who design and operate the deployments — so the training reflects how the systems actually behave, not a generic curriculum.
